The Newly-Released 2024 UK Top Rolex Replica Watches Price List Shows A More Reasonable Yearly Increase

Without surprises, the arrival of a new year also means subsequent price changes for brands (and this isn’t limited to watch brands, but you’ll find these in multiple other industries). Last year already, we published the newly released price list of Rolex, which showed a rather impressive increase in the RRP of most models, with precious metal and two-tone luxury Rolex replica watches being particularly affected – something we also did in 2022, but then steel models were mostly impacted by this increase. As we’re entering 2024, Rolex has already updated its website with new prices for all references. However, compared to previous years, we might have some good news… or should I say less disappointing news. If we can’t avoid the increase in prices, it is however more reasonable than in previous years, as the 2024 Rolex price list shows, on average, a rise of about 4% of the RRP.

Method: to simplify this 2024 Rolex price list and to have a reliable comparative background to Rolex prices in 2023, we’ll be using the same method as previous years, meaning a year-on-year (YOY) comparison – January 2023 vs. January 2024 – and with the prices in Euro, on the French market, and including VAT. This allowed us to use the article we published last year as a precise comparison, using the same market, currency and models. The only exceptions to note are the 1:1 UK Rolex fake watches that were presented at Watches & Wonders in March 2023. For these recent models (Cosmograph Daytona, Yacht-Master 42 Titanium, Explorer 40, Updated Sky-Dweller, 1908 Collection, Yellow Gold and Rolesor GMT Master II), we’re using the price at the time of their introduction. We’ve also noticed identical price evolutions in the UK and US markets.

In 2023, Rolex started the year, like many other brands from the watch industry (and from other industries), with a rather significant price correction. Most of the models have been impacted by a rise of about 7 to 8% of the price, except Rolesor models (two-tone, steel-and-gold), showing an increase of about 11%. The economic situation in late 2022 and early 2023, with a strong increase in production costs and other expenses (such as the price of energy or raw materials), somehow justified this situation.

Looking at the wider image, according to the OECD, “the global economy continues to confront the challenges of both low growth and elevated inflation, with a mild slowdown (in 2024), mainly as a result of the necessary monetary policy tightening over the past two years. Inflation has declined from last year’s peaks.” The situation isn’t ideal yet but it seems that inflation isn’t growing as fast as it used to in 2023 and prices are rising less quickly. Also, if we’re looking more closely, the watch market isn’t as prolific now as it’s been in 2022 and early 2023. Even if the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry reported that “exports reached their highest-ever monthly level in November (2023)” it also reports a “more moderate rate of growth since the summer.” Also, second-hand prices have corrected and returned to more acceptable levels, with a few exceptions of course.

Rolex being Rolex, it remains a highly hermetic company that doesn’t disclose its sales or production figures (presiding over Montres Rolex SA is a foundation, the Hans Wilsdorf Foundation, which owns and controls Rolex to this day, and there is no requirement to disclose financial statements under the law.) We can’t precisely claim that perfect replica Rolex watches had a more prolific year in 2023 than in 2022, however, several experts such as Vontobel or Morgan Stanley still indicate in their estimates some growing figures. However, the word about easier availability of some references is spreading…

With this situation in mind, it’s time to look at the 2024 Rolex price list. Before we move into the details for each collection, it must be said that this year’s correction is more moderate than it’s been in the past. On average, prices are up 4% with no distinction between materials or models – which wasn’t the case in 2022 and 2023. Let’s now take a look at the detailed 2023 Rolex price list per collection.

Cosmograph Daytona

The case of Rolex’s star chronograph is a bit special since the collection was entirely revamped in March 2023, with best Rolex copy watches starting to be delivered in the second half of the year. Thus, we have to compare what’s comparable, and we’re looking here at the evolution of the price of the 126xxx generation. Indeed, when the collection was introduced, it carried a slight price increase compared to the previous 116xxx generation – a minimal one of 300 euros on a steel version (EUR 14,650 for the 116500LN in January 2023, EUR 14,950 for the 126500LN in March 2023). Overall, the price of the 126xxx sees an increase of about 4%, with a more controlled rise of the platinum edition, while the Rolesor models are a bit more impacted… but surely not as much as in 2023. Also, the Paul Newman-Inspired white gold “Le Mans” reference 126529LN, despite being released later in 2023, is equally impacted.

Submariner and Submariner Date

Whatever the version – date or no date – or the material used, the Submariner collection sees its prices increase by around 4%. No evolution is to be seen in the collection, which is the same as it was when this dive watch was updated in 2020. We can’t note this year the same difference between the steel and the Rolesor version, which was particularly affected by the price increase last year.

GMT Master II

Following an increase of about 7% last year for the steel models – Batman (blue-black BLNR), Pepsi (blue-red BLRO) and Sprite/Destro (green-black VTNR) – all these references are mildly affected by the evolution of prices. Two new models were presented in 2023 at Watches & Wonders, the GRNR versions with yellow gold or yellow Rolesor cases and bracelets. Despite their recent introduction, these two models are equally impacted by the increase in prices.

SEA-DWELLER, DEEPSEA and Deepsea Challenge

Even though there was no evolution in this collection this year, it has to be noted that Rolex’s most impressive dive watch, the Deepsea Challenge, was unveiled in late 2022. As such, it was not impacted by the evolution of the price in early 2023. As expected, this situation has changed now and the gigantic 11,000-metre water-resistant watch also sees its price rise, however from a fairly restrained 2%. The classic 43mm Sea-Dweller and the Deepsea are impacted by the same 4 to 5% rise, as the rest of the high quality replica Rolex watches.

Explorer and Explorer II

As part of what probably was Rolex’s most prolific collection ever (the 2023 range counted no fewer than 9 new sub-collections) was a new Explorer, in 40mm, to sit alongside the vintage-inspired 36mm versions. No surprise for these adventure-themed Swiss movements fake Rolex Explorer watches, which all see their prices rise in the 4% range. The same can be said about the Explorer II.

Yacht-Master and Yacht-Master II

The situation for the Yacht-Master and Yacht-Master II collection has long been different from the rest of the professional collection. Already in 2022 and 2023, we’ve seen disparities in the evolution of prices. This year again, some of the references (YM in Rolesium – steel with platinum bezel) are only impacted by a 2% increase. On the other hand, the Rolesor and YG Yacht-Master II are some of the Rolex replica watches online site with the strongest increase in price this year. The recently introduced Titanium 42mm Yacht-Master is impacted in the same vein as most models.

Air King and Sky-Dweller

In last year’s article, this section also included the Milgauss, which was discontinued in 2023. Now, whether we look at the Air King 126900, a relatively recent model, or the discreetly updated Sky-Dweller of 2023 (new dials, upgraded movement), the increase of the price is in the 4% range, whatever the material used. For the latter, being a model launched in March 2023, we’re comparing the prices at the time of the introduction and the prices now, yet the new model didn’t come with a price increase at the time of its presentation.

Datejust 41 and Datejust 36

Cheap super clone Rolex’s most classic watches, the Datejust, has not been updated in 2023 and the collection remains as wide as it used to be in the past – there are well over 300 versions listed on the brand’s website, taking into account all possible materials, diameters, dial colours, bezel styles and bracelet types. For this reason, we’re only listing here some of the classic references – steel or Rolesor – to give a broad idea of the situation in this collection.

Day-Date 40 and Day-Date 36

Another classic and extremely large collection of Rolex, the Day-Date is exclusively available in precious metals (gold or platinum). Hundreds of combinations are available and for this reason, we’re only listing here the most classic versions, which are all affected by a price increase of about 4%, much less than the evolution of 2023.

OYSTER PERPETUAL 41, 36, 34, 31 AND 28

Last year, Rolex’s entry-level collection, the Oyster Perpetual, faced a massive 11% price increase. Available in no fewer than 5 different sizes, the collection now undergoes a slightly smaller price correction than the rest of the range. The much-discussed Celebration dial presented this year faces the same increase and its price is the same as a model with a flat, monochromatic dial.

Perpetual 1908

A new collection presented in March 2023 and the successor to the top Swiss Rolex Cellini replica watches, the Perpetual 1908 is the most elegant model in Rolex’s catalogue. It also included a brand-new movement, refined decorations and a sapphire back. Knowing its recent introduction, we’re comparing here the prices at the time of its launch and the prices of January 2024.

France Slaps Best Swiss Fake Rolex Watches UK With 91.6 Million-euro Fine For Banning Online Sales

Perfect Rolex replica watches has been slapped with a 91.6 million-euro fine for prohibiting its authorized distributors from selling online for more than a decade, according to a ruling of France’s competition watchdog.

In its ruling, the Haute Autorité de la Concurrence said the watchmaker’s actions were “serious, because they amounted to closing a commercialization channel, to the detriment of consumers and distributors, while online distribution has been growing momentum for the past 15 years for luxury goods, including luxury replica Rolex watches.”

The body rejected the Swiss watchmaker’s argument that banning online sales protected its image and thwarted counterfeiting, calling such a measure disproportionate. It also pointed out that competitors facing the same risks had “put solutions in place (particularly technological)” that allowed them to sell online while fighting counterfeiting and off-network sales.

Given Rolex developed “a program for the online purchase of pre-owned Swiss made Rolex fake watches, whose authenticity it guarantees” with one of its retailers, “an absolute ban on the online selling of its products cannot therefore be justified,” it continued.

AAA Rolex copy watches could not be immediately reached for comment.

For industry experts, the French ruling comes as no surprise.

“You can’t say at the same time you don’t want your product sold over the internet and delegate your certified pre-owned program,” said Oliver Müller, founder of consulting firm LuxeConsult, whose annual reports coauthored with Morgan Stanley are quoted in the watchdog’s conclusions.

According to the 2022 report, the Swiss watch industry represents production of around 16 million top UK replica Rolex watches, with Rolex’s share coming at 1.2 million units in 2022. On the other side, counterfeiters pumping out an estimated 30 million to 40 million high quality Rolex super clone watches onto the black market, particularly popular models from Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet and Omega.

While fighting fakes and dupes is a legitimate pursuit for a brand, restricting one’s retailers from selling genuine product online amounts to a lack of trust, in his opinion.

“Come on, the gray market is those who flip their 2024 Rolex replica watches through marketplaces — whatever channel they bought them on — where there are plenty of fakes too,” he continued.

Only watchmakers with highly integrated, compact retail networks — and smaller outputs — such as Richard Mille and Audemars Piguet would have avoided running afoul of competition laws in France and the European Union, Müller said.

The latter brand produces 50,000 Rolex fake watches for sale each year and has three doors in France (including two it owns) out of a 91-strong retail network worldwide. Richard Mille, which is 10 percent owned by Audemars Piguet, produces 5,300 units, with one store in France and another in Monaco out of 40 doors around the world.

At 1,500 doors worldwide and its million-unit production, it was a gamble too far for China Rolex replica watches, in his opinion.

While expected, the ruling is bad news for Swiss watchmakers in general, according to Müller. “It will most probably trigger similar [rulings] in other countries and cases” against other brands who also restrict online sales, he said.

The Swiss watchmaker was however cleared of restricting prices, as the watchdog found that “the evidence in the case did not prove Rolex France had restricted the pricing freedom of its authorized retailers.”

The case had been referred to the French body by the Union de la Bijouterie Horlogerie professional organization, Marseille-based retailer Pellegrin & Fils and had resulted in raids on best quality Rolex replica watches‘ offices in France.

The Haute Autorité de la Concurrence holds Rolex France, Rolex Holding SA, Rolex SA and the Hans Wilsdorf Foundation ”jointly and severally liable” for payment of the fine.

In addition to the fine, the French competition watchdog imposed that Rolex inform all its authorized retailers of the decisions and publish the summary of its decision on its website in French newspaper Le Figaro online and in print as well as the Montres Magazine quarterly.

The Top “Mirbat Nine” Gold Khanjar Replica Rolex Sea-Dweller Watches UK

In recent years it has become an accepted truth that “the Sultan of Oman awarded Rolex Sea-Dwellers emblazoned with gold khanjars to nine members of the British SAS who fought off hundreds of Omani rebels at the battle of Mirbat” on the southern coast of Oman in 1972. And at least AAA best replica Rolex Sea-Dweller watches has been sold by Phillips with this description.

However, there is in fact no evidence of this. The idea started life with a single article on these high quality Rolex fake watches on the website of Rolex expert and dealer Daniel Bourn, Vintage-DB.com, in which he analyzed the serial numbers of known examples of the red and gold khanjar watches and conjectured, on a purely hypothetical basis, that these logo watches could have been awarded to the 90-odd SAS members clandestinely operating in Oman in the early 1970s, and the gold ones to the nine SAS men involved in the battle of Mirbat. The SAS (Special Air Service) are British troops deployed in special situations.

In my article Khanjar And Qaboos cheap Rolex replica watches: Are They The Vintage Watch Industry’s Blood Diamonds? I quoted the Vintage-DB website as follows, “Given that the Battle of Mirbat was a pivotal moment in defeating the insurgents, and the lack of recognition given to the SAS soldiers by their own government, it is not inconceivable to think that Qaboos who had previously commissioned the Red Oman watches to commemorate the SAS soldiers who occupied Oman during the 1970-1976 campaign would commission a small special batch to honor the nine SAS troops who put their lives at risk during the Battle of Mirbat to defend Oman from the rebellion.”

Like the lost text identified by Bible scholars as “Q” (for Quelle, “source” in German), the inspiration behind the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke, thus it was that the Vintage-DB website became the unintended “Q” of the Khanjar luxury Rolex Sea-Dweller copy watches myth.

Following Quill & Pad’s publication of my Khanjar article in December 2019, a flurry of articles on Khanjar Rolex replica watches for sale and other watches appeared in the online and offline press, especially after the death of Sultan Qaboos in January 2020, many of which clearly drew on my article and on Daniel Bourn’s website.

For example, where my article states “this number might correspond to the nine SAS members who took part in the battle of Mirbat on 19 July 1972,” in its May 2020 article on Khanjar Rolexes, GQ magazine stated, “Recipients of these special pieces included members of the British Armed Forces, which helped the Sultanate consolidate power from the 1950s onwards. Of particular note are those presented to SAS soldiers for their help in quelling the Dhofar uprising in the 1970s.”

This highlights how a simple but attractive hypothesis very quickly morphs into fact in the mainstream media, which is in turn quoted by watch dealers and auctioneers in their product descriptions in order to drum up interest and boost prices. The circle becomes self-fulfilling.

Perhaps the parties concerned should have read to the end of Daniel Bourn’s article, where they would have read: “Of course, without official delivery information from perfect Rolex super clone watches, Qaboos, or the surviving SAS soldiers, we cannot be certain, but the theory should encourage further discussion, research, and understanding of the events in Oman during the 1970s and the important watches that commemorate the period.”

In separate confirmation of this, I asked a contact at Phillips as to whether they had handled any Khanjar Rolexes consigned by former SAS members, to which the reply was that they had sold Khanjar Rolex Sea-Dweller replica watches with Swiss movements but, “we only had one, consigned by the son of the original owner, but the latter was not part of the SAS.”

Furthermore, I was contacted by a London-based watch collector who had bought one of the supposed “SAS” Khanjar Rolex Sea-Dweller fake watches shop and, out of curiosity, tracked down one of the SAS operatives who had actually been at Mirbat. He told me that the SAS man “laughed incredulously and replied categorically that neither he nor his colleagues received any recompense of any sort for their role in that battle, let alone a Rolex . . . ”
